Well, I'm giving the Atkins thing another shot. Right now the main issue is simply giving up alcohol and diet soda. You are supposed to give up all caffiene, including coffee, but that's just too much. I'm going to limit myself to 2 cups of coffee in the morning and that's it.

Tonight I was taken out to dinnner at Dierdorf and Harts. Had a nice safe Atkins meal of ceaser salad (no croutons), filet mignon, and a bit of cottage cheese. So far so good, let's see how it goes.

Just noticed, it's been 2 days and now all of my blogger ads are for Atkins or low-carb crap. I feel like I can influence the whole web!
