Wow, blogger's site has completely changed! I hope I can still manage using it. Not that I post too often anyway...
My print of "The Little Mermaid" showed up today and it is fantastic!!! A small green emulsion line for about the first 8 minutes and after that it is perfect! I love musicals, at least if they have great music. And I love this film!! My collection of Disney prints is now quite excellent.
I own "Pinnochio", "101 Dalmations", "Lady and the Tramp", and now "The Little Mermaid". All of my Disney prints except for "Lady and the Tramp" came from one ebay seller, "Dharmakitty". Thanks Jeff!! I don't know where he steals, ahem, 'gets', his prints; but they are unsurpassed! I have one other classic animated film "The Secret of Nimh" which is a Don Bluth production. Wow! I just spent a bunch of money I really didn't have to spend. I have been following an auction on ebay for a film. I haven't bought a new film in quite some time. Now, this film would really fill a giant hole in my collection but the last time a copy sold on Ebay it went for $1,200!

So...today..I'm at work. Did I mention I've got a job? I left Sony at the beginning of the year. I joined a startup company. I'm not allowed to mention the name of the company I work for. It's all far too top secret. They gave me some stock. I think I paid a penny, or was it two cents, a share for it? Someday, who knows, it could be worth a nickel.
I work at Forest Park and Sarah. That's near Saint Louis University and a 45 minute commute on a *good day* from my home. Let's not talk about the bad days. The office is in a "technology incubator" (formally "Dorris Motors). The company is making a product for the game industry and I am the of
