Just this past week our favorite alien space brother spent about $120k to purchase Stan Meyer 's water fueled Dune Buggy (which hasn't run for over a decade) as well as various and sundry pieces of junk. Stan Meyer was that mythical inventor who claimed to have created a car which runs on water. He modified a dune buggy and claimed he ran it on nothing but water, wishes, and fairy tales.
